Returns & Exchanges 

At Zarien, we want you to feel completely confident in your purchase. If a product does not meet your expectations, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.

How to Return a Product

1. Request a return
Please email us at support@zarien.eu and include your order number along with the reason for your return.
If the product is damaged or incorrect, please attach clear photos.

2. Return the item
Products must be returned unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
Please ensure your parcel is securely packed to prevent damage in transit.

3. Refund or Exchange
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund within 30 days.
If you prefer an exchange, we will send the replacement item as soon as possible.


When Are Returns or Exchanges Not Accepted?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns in the following cases:

  • Incorrect size selection (please always consult our size guide before ordering)

  • Products damaged after receipt by the customer

  • Packages marked as delivered but not picked up by the recipient

  • Return requests made after 30 days from delivery

  • Damages reported more than 24 hours after delivery


Want to Exchange for a Different Size or Color?

If you'd like to exchange your product for a different size or color, this is possible within 30 days.
Once we receive the original item, we’ll promptly process your exchange.


Who Covers Return Shipping Costs?

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend using a tracked shipping method for safety.
If the return is due to an error on our part, we will of course cover all return shipping and send the replacement free of charge.


Important Information on Sizes and Colors

  • Our size guide is prepared with care. Please consult it before purchasing.

  • Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings. This is not considered valid reason for a return.


Conditions for Discounted or Sale Items

Products purchased during a sale or with a discount are subject to the following terms:

  • Cancellations within 24 hours: You will receive a store credit equal to the purchase amount.

  • Cancellations after 24 hours: Your order may already be processing. In that case, you may return the product after receiving it. A full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

During promotional periods, return shipping is not reimbursed. However, your right to return items within 30 days remains valid, provided the return conditions are met.

If you return a discounted item, you will receive a voucher equal to the purchase value. This will be sent to your email within 30 days of receiving the returned item.

Please note: During sales or special offers, additional shipping fees may apply and are not refundable.
