Returns
PLEASE NOTE THAT WE DO NOT OFFER FREE RETURNS – THERE IS A CHARGE FOR THIS.
Is it possible to return my order?
Yes, this is possible. If you are not satisfied with the items you ordered, you can return them within 30 days of receipt.*
In this case, the order must meet the following conditions:

The order still contains all correct parts, components, and packaging, returned as originally delivered.

Normal handling of the product is evident; breakage due to careless handling is excluded.

Products where hygiene is important must be thoroughly cleaned before the return process begins.

Defective products must be reported immediately upon receipt.

We reserve the right to charge the customer for shipping costs.

Returns will be processed within 7 working days. If conditions are met, confirmation will be sent within this period.
We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect the items have been used or damaged through no fault of our own.
How can I return my order?
If your order meets the conditions above, please follow these steps to start the return process:

Your email must contain the following:

We will then provide you with the correct return address.
Never send the return to the sender. You, the customer, are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the product.
Right of Withdrawal
As a consumer, you have a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provision if you are a natural person entering into a transaction for purposes not predominantly related to commercial or professional activity.
Cancellation Conditions
The cancellation period is 30 days from the day you or a third party (other than the carrier) received the goods.
As we work with a fully automated system, orders are usually fulfilled within 24 hours after they are placed. After 24 hours, we cannot interrupt the shipping process until delivery, so cancellation is no longer possible. If you notify us by email within 24 hours of placing your order, we will cancel it and refund the amount.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Zarien) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by a clear statement (e.g., by e-mail). The withdrawal is completed when we have received the goods. The costs of returning the goods will always be borne by the buyer.
Items that cannot be returned:

Perishable goods (food, flowers, newspapers/magazines)

Hygienic or sanitary items

Personalized products

Gift vouchers, downloadable software, and certain health products
Shipments en route
As our goods are shipped from Asia, longer transit times may occur beyond our control. If the goods are already on their way to you, cancellation is not possible. Please wait until you receive the goods and then return them to us. You may of course inform us of your cancellation in advance.
For faster returns, please send us a shipping confirmation once the goods are on their way back to us.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, excluding delivery costs (except any additional costs from choosing a more expensive delivery option). Refunds will be processed without undue delay and within 14 days after we receive both your withdrawal notice and the returned goods.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method as your original transaction, unless otherwise agreed. You will not be charged any fees for this refund.
Responsibility for Return Costs
The customer is always responsible for all costs related to returns.
ALL RETURNS MUST BE SHIPPED TO OUR CENTRAL WAREHOUSE IN ASIA AT THE CUSTOMER'S EXPENSE.
